If you aren’t happy with an item and need to return it to us, simply fill out the form that you’ll find in your parcel, and return it with your item/s within 100 days of receipt. Sadly, we cannot refund items after this period.
Returning your items couldn’t be simpler, make sure the goods are clean, un-used and in their original packaging and send from your local post office. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning item(s), and for your parcel until it arrives at Mi-Pac.
Please allow 3-5 working days once the goods have reached us, to give us time to process your returns.
If there are no problems with your returned items, refunds will be issued within 7 working days, against your original payment method. If you have asked for your items to be exchanged, these will be sent to you within working 7 days of us receiving your items back.
Conditions of returns - Please ensure all items returned are unused with all tags still attached. Any items returned in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
If you want to return an item to us and you aren’t based in the UK, please make sure you send them tracked or with proof of postage. Returns for exchange can only be sent to the UK and Ireland. Outside of this zone will be charged postage following our delivery prices to the applicable country.
If you believe your product is defective due to a manufacturing fault, please send it back along with the returns form explaining the defect. We will assess the product and then contact you. Please inform us of the defect immediately and do not continue to use the item as this may affect the result of our assessment. Our faulty returns policy covers your product for 6 months and each return will be dealt with individually. If your item is deemed faulty and returned to us within this time period, we will either exchange or refund or item as specified on your returns form.
